The mission of the Great Meadows Public Health Collaborative is to improve, promote, and protect the health and safety of residents in participating Massachusetts municipalities, with an emphasis on health equity. We achieve our mission through the formation of strong community, data-driven decision-making, and delivery of high-quality public health services.
